# The Accounts and Audit (Amendment) Regulations 2022, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Accounts and Audit (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and come into force on 22nd July 2022.
(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.
