# The Accounts and Audit Regulations 1996, Regulation 3: Revocation


(1) Regulations 3 and 4 of the Accounts and Audit Regulations 1983 (“the 1983 Regulations”) are hereby revoked.
(2) The remaining regulations of the 1983 Regulations, the Accounts and Audit (Amendment) Regulations 1986, the Accounts and Audit (Amendment) Regulations l990 and the Accounts and Audit (Amendment) Regulations 1994 are hereby revoked.
