  "text": "(This note is not part of the Act of Adjournal)\nThis Act of Adjournal makes various amendments to the Criminal Procedure Rules 1996 (S.I.1996/513) (“the 1996 Rules”).\nParagraph 2(3) inserts a new Chapter 23A dealing with the obtaining of evidence by live television link from abroad under section 273 of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995.\nParagraph 2(4) substitutes a new Chapter 36 which makes provision in connection with the Crime (International Co-operation) Act 2003.\nParagraph 2(5) makes minor and consequential amendments to the forms set out in the Appendix to the 1996 Rules.",
