# Act of Adjournal (Criminal Procedure Rules Amendment) (Miscellaneous) 2010, Article 2: Summoning of jurors


(1) In rule 13.1 (list of jurors), in paragraph (1)(a), for “30” substitute “40”.
(2) Paragraph (1) shall apply only to a list of jurors prepared on or after 1st June 2010.
