  "text": "(1) The Act of Sederunt (Actions for removing from heritable property) 2012 is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph 3 (charge for removing)—\n(a) in subparagraph 1(b) delete “and”;\n(b) in subparagraph 5(a) for “defender’s last known address” substitute “heritable property”;\n(c) for subparagraph 7(a) substitute—\n“(a) by leaving a copy of the charge in a sealed envelope addressed to “the occupiers” in such a way that it is likely to come to the attention of the occupiers; or”.\n(3) In the schedule, for Form 4 substitute Form 4 set out in the Schedule to this Act of Sederunt.",
