# Act of Sederunt (Child Support Rules) (Amendment) 2009, Article 3: Saving provision


The Act of Sederunt (Child Support Rules) 1993 as it applied immediately before 11th November 2009 continues to have effect for the purpose of any legal proceedings continuing or brought against the Secretary of State by virtue of paragraph 55 of Schedule 3 to the Child Maintenance and Other Payments Act 2008.
