# Act of Sederunt (Exchequer Causes) 1988, Section 2: Lord Ordinary in Exchequer Causes


From the date this Act of Sederunt comes into force, the Lord Ordinary in Exchequer Causes under section 2 of the Exchequer Court (Scotland) Act 1856() shall be the Honourable Lord Coulsfield.
