  "text": "(1) In this Act of Sederunt–\n“Advocate General” means the Advocate General for Scotland;\n“devolution issue” means a devolution issue within the meaning of–\n(a) Schedule 6 to the Scotland Act 1998;\n(b) Schedule 10 to the Northern Ireland Act 1998; or\n(c) Schedule 8 to the Government of Wales Act 1998;\n“initiating document” means the initial writ, summons, petition or other document by which the proceedings are initiated;\n“the Judicial Committee” means the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council;\n“relevant authority” means the Advocate General and–\n(a) in the case of a devolution issue within the meaning of Schedule 6, the Lord Advocate;\n(b) in the case of a devolution issue within the meaning of Schedule 10, the Attorney General for Northern Ireland, the First Minister and the deputy First Minister;\n(c) in the case of a devolution issue within the meaning of Schedule 8, the National Assembly for Wales.\n(2) Any reference in this Act of Sederunt to a numbered Form shall be construed as a reference to the Form so numbered in Schedule 1 to this Act of Sederunt, and any reference to a rule shall be a reference to the rule so numbered in this Act of Sederunt.",
