  "text": "SHERIFF COURT\nMade 25th July 2007\nComing into force 15th August 2007\nThe Lords of Council and Session, under and by virtue of the powers conferred by section 32 of the Sheriff Courts (Scotland) Act 1971, paragraph 37 of Schedule 6 to the Scotland Act 1998, paragraph 38 of Schedule 10 to the Northern Ireland Act 1998 and paragraph 32 of Schedule 9 to the Government of Wales Act 2006 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, having approved draft rules submitted to them by the Sheriff Court Rules Council in accordance with section 34 of the Sheriff Courts (Scotland) Act 1971, do hereby enact and declare:",
