  "text": "(This note is not part of the Act of Sederunt)\nThis Act of Sederunt amends the Act of Sederunt (Simple Procedure) 2016 to provide for a Time to Pay Application as a form of response, to set out a new procedure to recall a decision and to make other minor amendments.\nParagraph 3 is a saving provision, the effect of which is that the amendments to recall procedure do not apply to a decision made in a simple procedure case before 30th July 2018.",
