# Act of Sederunt (Small Claim Rules) 2002, Article 4: Revocation


The Acts of Sederunt mentioned in column (1) of Schedule 2 to this Act of Sederunt are revoked to the extent specified in column (3) of that Schedule except in relation to any small claim commenced before 10th June 2002.
