Article 2 Lodging and delivery of stated cases

The Act of Sederunt (Valuation Appeals Rules Amendment) 1982^f1 is amended in accordance with the following subparagraphs.

In rule 10, in paragraph (1), for “15 copies of the stated and deliver at least 10” substitute “6 copies of the stated case and deliver at least 6”.

(3)

In rule 12—

(a)

for “15 copies” substitute “6 copies”; and

(b)

for “10 copies” substitute “6 copies”.
