  "text": "(This note is not part of the Act of Sederunt)\nThis Act of Sederunt makes amendments to the Act of Sederunt (Valuation Appeal Rules Amendment) 1982.\nParagraph 2 makes amendments to rules 10 and 12 of the 1982 Act of Sederunt by providing that 6 copies of a stated case (instead of 15) are to be lodged and at least 6 copies of the stated case (instead of 10) are to be delivered to the solicitor for the respondent or the solicitor for the appellant.",
