# The Action Programme for Nitrate Vulnerable Zones (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2008, Introduction: Introductory text


This Scottish Statutory Instrument has been made to correct errors in S.S.I. 2008/298 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that instrument.

Coming into force 1st January 2009
The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
