  "text": "In this Act—\n“active travel journey” (“taith teithio llesol”) has the meaning given by section 2(7);\n“active travel route” (“llwybr teithio llesol”) has the meaning given by section 2(1);\n“designated” (“dynodedig”) has the meaning given by section 2(4);\n“existing routes map” (“map llwybrau presennol”) has the meaning given by section 3(2);\n“financial year” (“blwyddyn ariannol”) means the period of 12 months ending with 31st March;\n“integrated network map” (“map rhwydwaith integredig”) has the meaning given by section 4(2);\n“local authority” (“awdurdod lleol”) means a county council or county borough council in Wales;\n“related facilities” (“cyfleusterau cysylltiedig”) is to be construed in accordance with section 2(8) and (9);\n“walkers and cyclists” (“cerddwyr a beicwyr”) has the meaning given by section 2(3).",
