# The Adam Smith College, Fife (Establishment) Order 2005, Article 2: Establishment of The Adam Smith College, Fife


On 1st August 2005 there shall be established–
(a) a new college of further education designated with the name “The Adam Smith College, Fife”; and
(b) a body corporate of The Adam Smith College, Fife, to be known as “the Board of Management of The Adam Smith College, Fife”.
