# The Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal (Wales) Act 2018 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2021, Article 2: Meaning of identified special educational needs

A child “C” has “identified special educational needs” for the purposes of this Order if C has a learning difficulty identified by a proprietor or a local authority which calls for special educational provision to be made for C.
