  "heading": "Provisions coming into force on 1 September 2021",
  "text": "The following provisions of the Act come into force on 1 September 2021 except in relation to a person who falls into any of the paragraphs in article 4 on 1 September 2021—\n(a) sections 2 to 4;\n(b) sections 6 to 14;\n(c) sections 17 to 36;\n(d) section 38;\n(e) sections 40 to 44;\n(f) sections 47 to 49;\n(g) section 50(1) for the purposes of the provisions in paragraph (h);\n(h) section 50(4) to (5);\n(i) sections 51 to 53;\n(j) section 55;\n(k) section 59;\n(l) sections 63 to 66;\n(m) sections 68 to 69;\n(n) section 96 for the purposes of the provisions in paragraph (o);\n(o) in the Schedule—\n(i) paragraph 1;\n(ii) paragraph 4(1) for the purposes of the provisions in sub-paragraphs (iii) to (x);\n(iii) paragraph 4(2) to 4(8);\n(iv) paragraph 4(9);\n(v) paragraph 4(10);\n(vi) paragraph 4(13) to 4(18);\n(vii) paragraph 4(19)(b);\n(viii) paragraph 4(20) and 4(21);\n(ix) paragraph 4(23) to 4(29);\n(x) paragraph 4(32)(a)(i) and (ii) and paragraph 4(32)(b);\n(xi) paragraph 7;\n(xii) paragraph 8;\n(xiii) paragraph 11(a);\n(xiv) paragraph 12(a);\n(xv) paragraph 14(1) for the purposes of the provisions in sub-paragraph (xvi);\n(xvi) paragraph 14(2) and (3);\n(xvii) paragraph 19(1) for the purpose of the provision in sub-paragraph (xviii);\n(xviii) paragraph 19(5)(e)(ii);\n(xix) paragraph 21(1) for the purposes of the provisions in sub-paragraph (xx);\n(xx) paragraph 21(2)(a)(i) and (2)(b)(ii);\n(xxi) paragraph 22;\n(xxii) paragraph 23(1) for the purpose of the provision in sub-paragraph (xxiii);\n(xxiii) paragraph 23(4);\n(xxiv) paragraph 24(1) for the purposes of the provisions in sub-paragraph (xxv);\n(xxv) paragraph 24(3) and (6)(a).",
