# The Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal (Wales) Act 2018 (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2021, Regulation 11: Coronavirus Act 2020

(1) The Coronavirus Act 2020 is amended as follows.
(2) In Schedule 17, Part 1, paragraph 7(5), after paragraph (g) insert—
“(ga) sections 13(1), 14(10), 19(7), 23(1) and 24(1) of the Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal (Wales) Act 2018 (provisions relating to individual development plans);”.
