# The Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal (Wales) Act 2018 (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2021, Regulation 9: Qualifications Wales Act 2015

(1) The Qualifications Wales Act 2015 is amended as follows.
(2) In section 57(5)(a), after “special educational needs” insert “or additional learning needs”.
