# Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal (Wales) Act 2018, Paragraph 17


In section 129 of the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009 (general duties of Ofqual), in subsection (2)—
(a) in paragraph (b), after “special educational needs” insert “ or additional learning needs ”;
(b) in paragraph (c), after “special educational needs” insert “ or additional learning needs ”.
