# Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal (Wales) Act 2018, Paragraph 21

Extent: E+W

(1) The Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012 is amended as follows.
(2) In Schedule 1 (civil legal services)—
(a) in Part 1, in paragraph 2—
(i) in sub-paragraph (1)(a), for “Part 4 of the Education Act 1996” substitute “ Part 2 of the Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal (Wales) Act 2018 ”;
(ii) omit sub-paragraph (1)(b);
(b) in Part 3, in paragraph 17—
(i) for “Special Educational Needs” substitute “ Education ”;
(ii) for sub-paragraph (a) substitute—
“(a) Part 2 of the Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal (Wales) Act 2018,”.
