  "text": "(1) The Children and Families Act 2014 is amended as follows.\n(2) In section 35(1) (children with SEN in maintained nurseries and mainstream schools), after “mainstream school” insert “ in England ”.\n(3) In section 43(1) (schools and other institutions named in EHC plan: duty to admit)—\n(a) in paragraph (a), after “school” insert “ in England ”;\n(b) in paragraph (b), after “school” insert “ in England ”;\n(c) in paragraph (e), after “school” insert “ in England ”.\n(4) Omit section 81 (disapplication of Chapter 1 of Part 4 of the Education Act 1996 in relation to children in England).\n(5) In section 83(6) (interpretation of Part 3), after “Wales” insert “ or who would be wholly or mainly resident in the area of a local authority in Wales were it not for provision secured for the child or young person under Part 2 of the Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal (Wales) Act 2018 ”.\n(6) In Schedule 3 (consequential amendments), omit paragraph 73.",
