  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order appoints 1 September 2021 as the day on which the Additional Learning Needs Code (“the Code”) issued under section 4 of the Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal (Wales) Act 2018 (“the Act”) by the Welsh Ministers comes into force.\nThe Code imposes statutory requirements and includes statutory guidance in relation to identifying and meeting the additional learning needs of children and young people under Part 2 of the Act.",
