# The Additional Pension (First Appointed Year) Order (Northern Ireland) 2001, Article 2: First appointed year


For the purposes of the definition of “first appointed year” in section 121(1) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992 (interpretation of Parts I to VI and supplementary provisions), the “first appointed year” shall be 2002-03.
