# The Additional Statutory Paternity Pay (General) (Amendment) Regulations 2011, Introduction: Introductory text


This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of a defect in S.I. 2010/1056 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.

Coming into force 1st April 2011
The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the power conferred by section 171ZEE(2) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 and after agreement by the Social Security Advisory Committee that the proposals in respect of these Regulations shall not be referred to it.
