  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order specifies further appropriate agencies for the purposes of section 23(2) of the Education (Additional Support for Learning) (Scotland) Act 2005. An education authority may request the help of those agencies in the exercise of any of its functions, as with other local authorities and Health Boards.\nThe agencies specified by this Order are–\n(a) the colleges of further education and higher education institutions set out in schedule 2 to the Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 2005 (article 2(a));\n(b) The Scottish Agricultural College (article 2(b)); and\n(c) Careers Scotland (article 2(c)).",
