Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Additional Support for Learning (Changes in School Education) (Scotland) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 14th November 2005.

In these Regulations, “the Act” means the Education (Additional Support for Learning) (Scotland) Act 2004.
