Coming into force 14th November 2005
The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 11(8) and 34(2) of the Education (Additional Support for Learning) (Scotland) Act 2004, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:
