# The Additional Support for Learning (Collection of Data) (Scotland) Regulations 2017, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
Regulation 2 of these Regulations specifies the information, about children and young persons with additional support needs for whose school education an education authority is responsible, that the Scottish Ministers must collect annually from each education authority under section 27A(1) of the Education (Additional Support for Learning) (Scotland) Act 2004 (asp 4).
