# The Additional Support for Learning Dispute Resolution (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2017, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Additional Support for Learning Dispute Resolution (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2017 and come into force on 10th January 2018.
(2) In these Regulations, “the 2005 Regulations” means the Additional Support for Learning Dispute Resolution (Scotland) Regulations 2005.
