# The Additional Support for Learning (Sources of Information) (Scotland) Order 2016, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 14th November 2016
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 26(2)(i) of the Education (Additional Support for Learning) (Scotland) Act 2004 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
