# The Additional Support Needs Tribunals for Scotland (Practice and Procedure) Rules 2005, Article 1: Citation and Commencement


These Rules may be cited as the Additional Support Needs Tribunals for Scotland (Practice and Procedure) Rules 2005 and shall come into force on 14th November 2005.
