# The Additional Support Needs Tribunals for Scotland (Practice and Procedure) Rules 2005, Article 49: Signature of documents


Where any of these Rules requires a document to be signed, that requirement shall be satisfied–
(a) if the signature is written; or
(b) in the case of a document which is communicated electronically in accordance with these Rules by the electronic signature of the person who is required to sign it.
