Article 12 Withdrawal of opposition

(1)

The authority may withdraw their opposition to the reference–

(a)

at any time before the hearing of the reference by sending to the Secretary a notice to that effect signed on their behalf; or

(b)

at the hearing of the reference.

(2)

Upon receipt of any such notice, the Secretary shall send a copy to the appellant.
