Article 40 Miscellaneous

(1)

Subject to the provisions of the Act and these Rules, a Tribunal may regulate its own procedure.

(2)

A Tribunal may, if it thinks fit, make a decision in terms agreed in writing by the parties.

(3)

A function of the Secretary may be performed by another member of the Tribunal staff duly authorised by the President.
