# Administration of Justice Act 1920, Section 11: Power to make rules.


Provision may be made by rules of court Rules may be made under section seven of the Northern Ireland Act 1962 providing for regulating the practice and procedure (including scales of fees and evidence), in respect of proceedings of any kind under this Part of this Act.
