  "text": "(1) Her Majesty may by Order in Council—\n(a) repeal subsections (8), (10), (12), (14) and (15) of section 42 above and section 43 above; or\n(b) make such modifications to those enactments as Her Majesty considers appropriate.\n(2) Any Order in Council made under subsection (1) above shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.",
