# Administrative Provisions Act (Northern Ireland) 1925, Section 2: Provisions as to exercise of certain administrative powers.

(2) It is hereby declared that—
Para. (a) spent
(b) the Ministry of Commerce is the department of the Government of Northern Ireland for the administration in Northern Ireland of Irish services in connection with harbours, docks and piers.
