  "long_title": "These Rules amend the Adopted Persons (Contact Register) (Fees) Rules 1991 with effect from 1st April 1998. They increase the fee payable for the entry of the name and address of an adopted person from £9.50 to £15.00 and for the entry of the name and address of a relative of an adopted person from £27.50 to £30.00 in the Adoption Contact Register. The register is maintained by the Registrar General under section 51A of the Adoption Act 1976.",
