ENGLAND AND WALES
Made 8th April 1991
Laid before Parliament 10th April 1991
Coming into force 1st May 1991
The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powersconferred on him by section 51A(3) and (5) of the Adoption Act 1976 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf,hereby makes the following Rules:—
