  "text": "(This note is not part of the Rules)\nThese Rules prescribe the fees payable for the entry of the name andaddress of an adopted person and for the entry of the name and addressof a relative of an adopted person in the Adoption Contact Register. Theregister is to be maintained by the Registrar General under section 51Aof the Adoption Act 1976 (c. 36), inserted in that Act by an amendmentmade by paragraph 21 of Schedule 10 to the Children Act 1989 (c. 41).",
