  "text": "(1) The Suitability of Adopters Regulations 2005 are amended as follows.\n(2) In regulation 3 (making reports in respect of the suitability to adopt a child)—\n(a) for the words “regulations 25(5)” substitute “regulations 30(2)”;\n(b) for the words “and 29(4)” substitute “and 30D(4)”;\n(c) in sub-paragraph (a)(i) for the words “regulation 21” substitute “regulation 24(1)”;\n(d) in sub-paragraph (b) for the words “regulation 24” substitute “regulation 24(1)(f)”;\n(e) in sub-paragraph (c) for the words “regulation 23(1)(a) and (b)” substitute “regulation 25(1)”;\n(f) for sub-paragraph (d) substitute—\n“(d) any information or reports obtained under regulation 26;”; and\n(g) omit sub-paragraph (f).\n(3) In regulation 4(1) (determining the suitability to adopt a child)—\n(a) for the words “regulation 27” substitute “regulation 30B”;\n(b) in sub-paragraph (a) for the words “regulation 25(5)” substitute “regulation 30(2)”;\n(c) in sub-paragraph (b) for the words “regulation 25(3)(a)” substitute “regulation 26(b)”;\n(d) in sub-paragraph (c) for the words “regulation 25(3)(b)” substitute “regulation 26(c)”;\n(e) in sub-paragraph (d) for the words “regulation 26(1)” substitute “regulation 30A(1)”; and\n(f) in sub-paragraph (e) for the words “regulation 26(2)(b)” substitute “regulation 30A(2)(b)”.\n(4) In regulation 5 (cases in which a person is unlikely to be suitable to adopt a child)—\n(a) for the words “regulation 25(7)” substitute “regulation 30(4)”; and\n(b) for the words “regulation 25(2), (3) or (4)” substitute “regulation 26”.",
