  "text": "Where parental rights and duties relating to a child who is in Great Britain have been transferred from one adoption agency to another by virtue of an order under section 23 of the 1975 Act, the agency in which those rights and duties are vested shall provide such information as the agency which obtained the order under section 14 of the 1975 Act considers necessary for it to comply with its duty under section 15(2) and (3) of the 1975 Act (progress reports to former parent).",
