# The Adoption Agencies (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2014, Regulation 3: Transitional provision


An adoption panel established under the Principal Regulations, and which is carrying out the functions of an adoption panel on 1 April 2014, may continue to carry out the functions of a panel under those Regulations in relation to any case referred to it before that date.
