# The Adoption Agencies (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2020, Regulation 1: Title, commencement and interpretation


(1) The title of these Regulations is the Adoption Agencies (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2020.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 1 April 2020.
(3) In these Regulations, “the Principal Regulations” means the Adoption Agencies (Wales) Regulations 2005.
