Regulation 12 Amendment of the Principal Regulations

In regulation 43 (access to case records and disclosure of information), in paragraph (1)—

(a)

at the end of sub-paragraph (h), for the full stop substitute “;”;

(b)

after sub-paragraph (h) insert—

“(i)

to a fostering service provider within fifteen working days of a request under regulation 7(2)(f) of the Fostering Panels (Establishment and Functions) (Wales) Regulations 2018.”
