In regulation 17(1)(ch), (d) and (e) (requirement to prepare written report), after “tad y plentyn” and “ei dad” insert “neu’r fenyw sy’n rhiant i’r plentyn yn rhinwedd adran 43 o Ddeddf 2008”.
