This Statutory Instrument is made to correct errors in S.I. 1991/2030 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.

The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 57A of the Adoption Act 1976f1 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf hereby makes the following Regulations:—
