  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend regulation 4(2) of the Adoption Allowance Regulations 1991 (exceptions from procedure to be followed in determining whether an allowance should be paid) by correcting the reference to “paragraph (i)” in sub-paragraph (a)(i) to “paragraph (1)” and the reference to “adopters” in sub-paragraph (a)(iii) to “agency”.",
